Today, recycling has become indispensable to prevent high raw material prices and damage to the environment. A significant reduction in production costs is achieved by crushing the waste products from plastic production with crushing machines and using them in certain quantities in some processes. There are important points to consider when choosing a crushing machine. Features such as the wall thickness, size and type of the product to be crushed are extremely important in the selection of the crushing machine. The machine to be selected according to these features; crushing feed mouth lengths, motor power, knife structures, which I call segmented or flat knives, should be determined. For efficient recycling; the type and characteristics of the raw material you want to crush must be compatible with the machine you choose. In general, flat blade crushers should be used for soft and nylon style materials, while segmented blade crushers should be preferred for more rigid and wedge style materials.

It is the perfect solution especially for crushing engineering plastics such as PC, PA66, which create a lot of dust when crushing, and for crushing rubber-style materials. GP Series crushing machines in our portfolio are suitable for general purpose use and are extremely successful in crushing hard and wedge-style materials with its multi-functional crushing feature. The crushed materials accumulate in the hopper under the machine. Thanks to the optional suction group, you can automatically discharge the crushed material wherever you want. GE Series crushing machines are generally designed for crushing soft and nylon type materials. Another product group XMC Series crushing machines are insulated series and thanks to the suction group coupled to itself, the crushed plastics are automatically transported to a sack or a hopper. The machine is extremely easy to clean and maintain thanks to its hydraulically open and closeable hopper.
