Our manufacturing process begins with the structural integrity testing of silo projects using FEA (Finite Element Analysis). The designs, created with advanced CAD/CAM software, are then transferred to our laser cutting and CNC machines for error-free production. Our press brakes and cylindrical bending machines shape every silo component with millimeter accuracy, setting the foundation for the final product’s quality.

Subsequently, electrostatic or wet paint applications, which increase the equipment’s corrosion resistance and provide an aesthetic look, are performed in our fully controlled paint booth. Every phase of production is meticulously inspected according to ISO 9001:2015 standards. The final products undergo last-check tests to ensure they meet CE Conformity requirements.
