- The 3HP series of separate vacuum hopper loaders includes all features that come with the THL-UG series.
- Optionally, dual-stage blowers are also available.
- Each output capacity is designed to meet specific needs, particularly suitable for 30% and 100% dust loading operations.
- Additionally, different hopper models are also available.
Features:
•In case of power outage, data is backed up to EPROM.
•Consists of a cyclone dust separator and a dust collecting chamber to effectively reduce filter load.
•Can be equipped with a proportional valve.
•Stainless steel mesh filter is standard; optional filter cleaning device is available for VAL-12U-C/CE and above models for automatic cleaning and air accumulator.
•Economic models can be provided upon request (standard with cloth filter, second filter removed).
•Depending on customer preference, fabric bag type or plate type filters can be selected.
•Air accumulator and self-cleaning device are standard equipment.
•Upon customer request, VAL-UG main unit (5HP and above) can be equipped with single-stage or dual-stage blowers.
•Manufactured to meet global electrical safety standards upon request.
