We are aware that our actions must be in harmony not only with our economic, ecological, and social responsibilities but also with the perspective of future generations. Therefore, prioritizing human health and safety, conserving resources, and protecting the environment are fundamental principles of our business.

Responsibility


Preventing hazards for people and the environment, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and all requirements related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection in Turkey, is the duty of each of our employees. In addition, it is the management’s responsibility to identify, assess, and take appropriate measures against hazards. We actively encourage T-MAX employees on safety issues and support consultations with employees and their representatives.

Our Products


We develop and manufacture our products according to the fundamental principle of “Safe – Environmentally Friendly – Economical.” Our products are designed to minimize environmental impact at every stage of their lifecycle, including recovery and disposal, and they do not adversely affect people’s health and safety.

Processes


When designing our products, we prioritize human health and safety while considering the economy and minimizing environmental impact as much as possible. We are also prepared for any malfunctions. We operate with the same mindset when working with our stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement


We continuously review our processes and behaviors. We measure our impact on people and the environment. From this, we identify our weaknesses and areas for improvement, ensuring the efficiency of our occupational health and safety and environmental protection programs.

The Environment & Us

Healthy ecosystems and biodiversity are the foundation of life; they are essential for abundance and prosperity. However, natural capital is limited. Therefore, the depletion of ecological resources for future generations is one of the greatest challenges facing society. T-MAX supports environmental awareness and actively addresses this issue by setting targets through clear regulations and group-wide measures.

Responsible use of energy and resources has been a priority for T-MAX for many years. To protect the climate in a measurable way, the company has defined a CO₂ target and established clear management structures. As of 2022, T-MAX aims to reduce carbon dioxide levels by 20% relative to added value and previous years’ levels.

However, environmental goals are not the only method used by the company to achieve progress in climate and resource protection. T-MAX also places great importance on raising awareness among all employees and stakeholders nationwide. The company accomplishes this in collaboration with various local initiatives.
