Lump Breakers

Lump breakers are designed to break down compacted masses caused by compression, temperature, or moisture within bags, big bags, or other types of bulk packaging, helping to return the material to its original powder form. This ensures smooth and uninterrupted raw material flow, supporting the seamless operation of production systems.

They are suitable for both powdered and granular raw materials. Lump breakers are manufactured with a robust body made of painted carbon steel or stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The blades are designed for individual replacement in case of wear.
