Tempmax Mold Conditioning Temperature Control Units
- Mold conditioning units are used to elevate the temperature of molds and maintain them at a constant level. They can also be used in other similar applications.
- The high-temperature water exiting the mold is directly cooled and then sent to pipe heaters via a high-pressure pump, heating it to a constant temperature.
- With optimized designs, they can be heated up to 95°C to 1200°C.
- These mold conditioners feature microprocessor-based PID temperature control, providing accurate, reliable, and cost-effective operation temperature sensitivity of (+) or (-) 10°C.
