  • The Oktomat works seamlessly with standard industrial octabins.
  • Thanks to the automatic bag/sack lifting mechanism, the wall inside the bag/octabin can be moved up and down.
  • This way, the sack narrows, and the column located in the edge region has to flow to the central suction point.
  • When the emptying process is completed, the octabin is lifted from the ground.
  • Thus, a complete emptying is achieved without any remaining material.
  • The vibrating suction head solves bulk material and makes it flowable.
  • The suction head breaks up clumps by floating and vibrating in the material.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

•Designed with stainless steel construction, oven painted.

•Height adjustment up to 9 levels for ECO-L model, and up to 4 levels for ECO-H model.

•Q600 mm universal lifting device made of stainless steel for foil sleeves and Big-Bag loops.

•Bag lifting force can be continuously adjusted up to 1500 N (150 kg).

•Designed with Type S suction head and delivery pipe made of stainless steel Q38/50 mm.

•Lifting cylinder designed at 800 mm for ECO-L model, and 1000 mm for ECO-H model.

OPTIONS

Option 1: Adjustable residual discharge time control.

Option 2: Second OKTOMAT available for automatic switching.

Option 3: Special suction head comes with stainless steel XL-80 and delivery pipe Q38/50/80 mm.
