ACCESSORY OPTION

An optional screw conveyor system can be implemented for direct transport of non-crystallized material.

External piping with stainless steel configuration is optional.

Optional pressurized feeding can increase production efficiency.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

When the material is loaded into the hopper, the heating element activates to start heating the material.

Once the material level in the hopper reaches the level switch, the control panel stops sending signals to the automatic loader.

The material heating continues for a while.

When the temperature sensor detects the set crystallization temperature, the material is transported with the feeding device.

Meanwhile, as the material level in the hopper gradually decreases, the filling device begins supplying non-crystallized material to sustain continuous crystallization.

The temperature sensor stops the feeding device when it detects the temperature value of the halted material transfer.

If the temperature rises again and needs to reach the set crystallization temperature, the feeding device will be activated to continue the continuous crystallization process.

APPLICATIONS

TCR closed-loop crystallizers are used for continuous crystallization of non-crystallized PET raw material or regen material.

Processed materials can then be directly dried and dehumidified.

This system consists of a mixing device with heating elements, insulated hopper, and a mixing screw.

PET materials added to the feeding hopper begin crystallizing in the system, and the mixer stirs the material to prevent clumping.

Crystallized materials can be subsequently transferred to a material storage box or drying chamber.
