Drymax 2-in-1 Drying Units

  • The LDD Series 2-in-1 dry air drying units combine dehumidification and drying systems into a single unit.
  • They have many applications in processing plastic materials such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, and similar ones.
  • Thanks to the compact design of the t-max 2-in-1 units, you can be sure your raw materials are fully dried.
  • With a completely sealed and fully enclosed cycle, your production conditions will always be under control, completely isolated from outdoor air.
  • The LDD dehumidifying dryer utilizes semi-integral honeycomb dehumidifiers. Material processing is controlled by a microprocessor as standard, with the option of touchscreen PLC control for easier monitoring.
  • The insulated drying hopper features a design with dry air blowing and cyclone exhaust, enhancing drying efficiency, ensuring a consistent drying effect, and reducing energy consumption.
  • The dehumidification section of the LDD series is equipped with two condensers to provide low return air temperature and a low dew point.
  • A dew point monitor can be installed to control the dew point of dry air.
