  • The LCD Series combines two-stage feeding, dehumidification, and drying into a single unit for all types of plastic raw materials, especially engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PBT, and PET, being widely used.
  • Ideally, it can reach the lowest dew point of LCD 500C.
  • This series utilizes LD honeycomb dehumidifier and a down-blowing type stainless steel material hopper.
  • All series adopt P.I.D temperature control system for standard equipment and LCD touch human-machine interface PLC control for selection.

  • Enables integration of dehumidification, drying, and two-stage conveying functions into a single unit.
  • The insulated drying hopper features dry air blowing and cyclone exhaust design.
  • This enhances drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption by providing a consistent drying effect.
  • The closed-loop conveying system eliminates the possibility of moisture re-absorption during material conveying.
  • The dehumidification section of the LCD series is equipped with two condensers to ensure low return air temperature and a low dew point.
  • A pneumatic shut-off valve is available to ensure no material remains in the material line after each loading cycle.
  • The material processing center is PLC-controlled with a touchscreen as an option for automatic operation.
  • Dew point monitoring can be installed to monitor and visualize the dew point of dry air.
