T-MAX

Collectmax Dust Collection Cyclone

  • t-max / Tepro has over 20 years of experience in the installation and design of central loading systems. They focus on solution-oriented work to address issues such as vacuum line maintenance, filter and blower maintenance, aimed at extending their lifespan, in response to customer concerns.
  • The plastic loading process has evolved from manual filling to fully automatic central loading systems. Today, almost all new facilities consider these systems as a standard investment, much like main machines.
  • One common issue in loading systems is the occurrence of dust in vacuum lines due to various reasons. Dust and particles from various sources can have a detrimental effect on devices and workers during the production process. Some reasons for this include:
  • •Movement during transportation by road or sea.
  • •Continuous movements within the operation (e.g., between warehouse and machinery).
  • •High calcite and titanium content in raw materials due to compound structure.
  • •Dust and particles from broken goods.
  • •Other environmental or operational factors.
  • Dust and particles formed in loading systems have the greatest impact on system components, causing damage. Among these components, the blower protection filter is crucial. Failure to maintain the blower protection filter regularly and replace it when necessary can lead to breakdowns in the heart of the system, the blower. These breakdowns not only increase stress during operations but often result in complete system failure, sometimes causing disruptions lasting hours or even days.
  • Protecting the system from all these issues depends on regular maintenance and replacement of the blower protection filter at specific intervals. This procedure involves continuous maintenance and filter replacement, which can incur high maintenance costs, including filter and blower repairs, as well as spare part expenses.

ADVANTAGES

  • Reduces dust levels in the blower protection filter by 99%.
  • Protects the system through mechanical separation.
  • Extends the filter lifespan by at least 10 times.
  • Reduces the frequency of replacement and the need for intervention.
  • Increases blower suction efficiency.
  • Reduces electricity consumption by at least 30%.
  • Continuously cleans dust and particles with its internal flap.
  • Saves time spent on maintenance.
  • Requires minimal maintenance.
  • t-max / Tepro has over 30 years of experience in the installation and design of central loading systems. They conduct solution-oriented work to address the aforementioned issues raised by their customers. Within these efforts, they focus on maintenance and extending the lifespan of vacuum lines, filters, and blowers.
  • The first prototype was designed in 2011 and underwent extensive testing the same year. The unit, referred to as TTZ, aimed to extend the lifespan of the blower protection filter by reducing the mentioned issues and maintenance costs. Additionally, it eliminated frequent impeller failures in blowers, establishing itself as an indispensable component of central loading systems.
  • The TTZ unit utilizes a cyclonic design to separate even smaller particles from dust and granular particles filtered along with the vacuum, further enhancing its effectiveness.
