Plastik Ham Madde Dozajlama Cihazları

Today, while the use of plastics is increasing rapidly, plastic production is also increasing in our country. Plastic parts are widely used in many important sectors such as automotive, white goods, textiles, food, medical, construction, aviation, aerospace and packaging. However, one of the biggest problems in this growing sector is the high prices of raw materials and additives, which affects manufacturers and end users.

The method of adding masterbatch (MB) and additives used in plastic production to the raw material is an important factor in determining the cost of production. In particular, dosing systems for MB, which are widely used in all plastic processes, help to minimize raw material and additive costs.

Dosing systems are usually classified as gravimetric and volumetric:

Volumetric Dosing: It is a type of dosing made with units such as screws and disks, which are calibrated with certain assumptions according to the density and flow values of raw materials and additives, driven by a motor and have an appropriate pitch range.

Gravimetric Dosing: Thanks to its weighing capability, it is a system that can make dosing on weight basis as a result of calibration made in accordance with the density and flow of raw materials and additives.
