T-MAX

Neodyum Mıknatıs Modelleri

Magnets are used in plastic processing machines, in applications such as injection, extrusion, blow molding and film, to ensure the safety of screws and barrels by retaining iron particles mixed into the plastic.

These magnets can be placed on the feed hopper of process machines or in the lower hopper of drying devices, or mounted directly on the machine throat, providing end-point control.

The design of T-MAX magnets does not impede material flow and prevents blockages caused by iron particles, especially in hot runner molds. This minimizes production loss and increases productivity.

There are different magnet models:

  • Natural magnets: They are produced from raw materials called ferro in nature and have an attraction force of 2000-2200 gauss.
  • Neodymium magnets: They have 5000 and 10000 gauss gravitational forces and retain their original gravitational force for many years without being affected by temperature.
