To secure critical structural durability and material movement, we eliminate potential field issues with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations even before production begins — thus guaranteeing maximum efficiency and long-lasting solutions.
From Idea to Final Product, with a Principle of Perfection
Design & Analysis
Every project is tested for structural durability with FEA; advanced CAD/CAM designs are transferred to our laser-cutting machines for flawless production. With press brakes and roll bending, each component is shaped to millimetric accuracy.
Robotic Welding
Vertical, horizontal and 6-axis welding robots combine with TIG and MIG machines to join the silo body to the highest strength standard. Human-induced errors drop to zero and mass-production capability is maximised.
Surface Treatment & Painting
Metal components go through modern surface-cleaning processes; electrostatic or wet-paint applications that boost corrosion resistance are carried out in our fully controlled cabin — guaranteeing long service life in demanding conditions.
Quality Control & Dispatch
Every stage is inspected per ISO 9001:2015; final products pass CE conformity tests. Safely prepared for logistics with overhead cranes and vacuum handling, the silos are supported in the field by our 24/7 technical service.
