The LHD Series dryers offer an effective and low-cost method for drying plastic materials.
•Hot air dryers are used to dry materials that have become moist due to absorption during packaging, transport, and recycling.
•They can be mounted directly onto injection and extruder machines to provide fast drying and space savings.
•This series uses a system with capacities ranging from 12 kg to 1000 kg, blowing hot air from bottom to top, ensuring the hot air is evenly distributed over the raw material.
•All models can be used with a 24-hour automatic start/stop timer, based on request.
FEATURES
•The hot air diffuser provides significant efficiency gains to increase drying efficiency.
•The unique hot air inlet elbow design prevents burning by preventing dust accumulation under pipe heaters.
•All contact surfaces of the materials are made of stainless steel to prevent damage that may be caused by friction on the raw material.
•The detachable hopper base provides easy access to the hopper tank for material replacement and cleaning.
•For accurate temperature control, there is a proportional deviation display temperature controller.
•Heating is required to prevent accidents caused by human error or mechanical failures.
•Standard aluminum bases are available on all models in the series.
•All models, except the economic type, feature an overheat warning light, motor contactor, and overcurrent protector as standard.
•All models, except for the economic power type, have an open power switch.
•Timer and double insulated hopper are available as options.
•Optional accessories include “L” or “A” type stands, raw material suction box, hopper magnet, magnetic base, hot air return device, blower inlet filter, and cyclone dust separator.
OPTIONS
Dust Retention Filter:
•Effectively filters the air containing 90% dust discharged from the dryer to prevent air pollution.
Exhaust Air Filters:
•Effectively filters the air containing 80% dust discharged from the dryer to prevent air pollution.
Hot Air Recycling Device:
•Works with the hopper dryer to make hot air a semi-hermetic circulation loop and has the following features.
•Ensures the recycling and circulation of hot air to prevent an increase in indoor temperature. For this, the air outside must be clean.
•As a result, it produces good product quality.
•Air circulation provides fast heating that can reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.
Magnetic Bases:
Magnetic bases are made of aluminum with an internal hopper magnet. They can effectively separate metal scraps to prevent material contamination.
