How the Bagomax Works
By minimising human intervention on the production line, the system operates at maximum efficiency through the following steps:
- Once a pallet of 25 kg raw-material bags is placed on the feeding lift, the loaded-pallet lift moves upward to bring the pallet to the level where the hooks can reach it.
- Moving hooks pick up the top layer of the pallet and carry the bags over the rotating blades that cut them into the collection hopper; the rotating blades cut the bags so the granules fall into the hopper.
- A specially designed shaking method ensures the bags are emptied by at least 99.98%.
- After the bags are emptied, the moving hooks automatically drop the empty bags into a waste hopper.
Note: A standard pallet holds 25 kg bags in roughly 11 rows of 5 — 55 full bags in total — for 1,375 kg of raw material per pallet.
