We brought to life a custom automation project aimed at minimizing human-factor risks on production lines. For a business partner facing material mix-ups and traceability losses, we designed a tailor-made solution.

Field installation and automation panels

The infrastructure, built with field conditions in mind, combines barcode and RFID technologies with our in-house software modules. Even under harsh conditions such as high temperature, dust, and vibration, seamless data exchange was established with existing ERP and SCADA systems.

Dosing unit and HMI screen

User-friendly HMI screens and high-performance automation panels were deployed so operators could adapt quickly. All processes were transformed into a digital traceability chain.

Central material conveying system

The concrete results achieved at the end of the project:
