We have successfully commissioned a comprehensive project that provides automatic transfer of dried material from a single central point to the entire machine park. Tailored to the scale of the need, this integrated system — consisting of 10 dryers, more than 90 loaders, dosing units and central distribution tables — was realised with 30 years of T-MAX engineering and a strong R&D infrastructure.

Key Advantages Provided by the System

  • Manual raw-material mixing and the need for multiple operators were eliminated.
  • In-plant forklift and pallet-truck use was ended, increasing occupational safety and minimising the risk of work accidents.
  • Recipe data was standardised, preventing quality issues, high scrap rates and uncontrolled raw-material losses.
  • Additional costs related to the search for qualified staff, area contamination and cleaning were reduced.
