A Successful Commissioning: Maximum Efficiency and Advanced Automation

Designed and successfully commissioned by our expert engineering team, our new project raises efficiency standards on the production floor with modular silo and silobas systems, automatic loaders and dosing units.

A Successful Commissioning: Maximum Efficiency and Advanced Automation

In today's competitive industrial production environment, increasing facility efficiency, managing raw materials with the utmost precision and minimising operational costs are of vital importance. With this in mind, the latest project designed and successfully commissioned by our expert engineering team raises the standards on the production floor to a higher level.

This innovative solution, built to maximise facility efficiency and overall production performance, was realised with the goal of zero error tolerance and uninterrupted production. Within the scope of the project, the mechanical integration, raw-material feeding and automation infrastructure were completed with great care and brought to full operating capacity.

Advanced Technologies and Equipment Used in the System

For the material supply, storage and processing lines that form the heart of the project, hardware with industry-proven durability and precision was chosen. In this system, built to ensure a flawless raw-material flow, MOTAN loaders and dosing units together with T-MAX modular silo and silobas systems were used.

MOTAN Loaders and Dosing Units

These deliver material to the production line just in time, without interruption and in millimetric proportions, maximising blend accuracy. Thanks to advanced dosing technology, both raw-material waste is prevented and flawless standardisation of final product quality is achieved.

These allow raw materials to be stored at high capacity, unaffected by environmental factors and in an extremely safe manner. T-MAX's modular architecture not only meets today's needs; it also provides a robust infrastructure that flexibly adapts to the facility's potential future capacity-increase scenarios.

Flawless Material Conveying Lines

The stainless conveying lines running from the silos to the machine park were designed to guarantee a clean and uninterrupted flow of material. The meticulously bent pipe runs create a piping infrastructure that is both aesthetic and high-performing.

Durability in Production and Solution-Oriented Engineering

This integrated structure we have completed is not merely an equipment supply; it is a complete engineering solution that optimises the facility's energy consumption, guarantees production continuity and eliminates errors caused by the human factor. From the moment it was commissioned, the system has allowed the production line to breathe and has significantly eased the operational workload.

Shared in general terms out of respect for our customer's confidentiality, this successful integration is one of the most concrete reflections of our team's technical expertise and vision. We thank all our colleagues who devoted their efforts to the project from start to finish. We will continue with the same determination to add value to industry, to create sustainable production models and to bring the technologies of the future together with industry.
